June is Caribbean American Heritage Month. Turners Falls will mark the occasion with Caribbean Summer Lounge at The Great Falls Harvest Restaurant, 50 3rd St., this SUNDAY, June 26 from noon to 8pm.
Caribbean Summer Lounge is a culinary collaboration between Turners Falls resident Richie Richardson and Great Falls Harvest chef Chris Menegoni. The menu is centered around the food and flavors of the Caribbean Islands with a special recipes from Richie’s native Trinidad. The exotic cuisine will be complimented by flavored tropical drinks and island music including folk, zouk, ska, kaiso, and reggae. Wearable T-shirt art will also be for sale. Admission is free.
